Is a memory card included with this dash cam?

No, a micro SD card is not included in the package. You will need to supply your own.

We offer compatible high-speed micro SD cards (Class 10/UHS-I, up to 128 GB) separately — available for purchase directly on our store for a seamless setup.

What happens if I don’t insert a micro SD card?

Without a card, the dash cam cannot record video. Insert and format a micro SD card within the camera before your first use to activate loop recording and parking mode.

Does this dash cam support continuous/loop recording?

Yes. The camera supports loop recording, capturing video in short segments that automatically overwrite the oldest footage once the SD card fills up.

How does the G‑sensor work?

The built-in G‑sensor detects a collision or sudden impact and locks the current video clip to prevent it from being overwritten. This works while driving and when the dash cam is powered on.

⚠️ To enable G-sensor functionality while the vehicle is parked, the dash cam must be connected to a constant power source using a hardwire kit.

We sell a compatible OBD hardwire kit separately — perfect for activating full parking protection.

Can this dash cam record while parked?

Yes — but only if you install a hardwire kit (such as an OBD or 3-wire fuse box kit). Without hardwiring, the camera powers off when the vehicle turns off, disabling parking mode and motion detection.

We offer a compatible OBD hardwire kit for sale separately to easily enable this feature.

What size SD card can I use?

The dash cam supports micro SD cards up to 128 GB. Using a faster class (Class 10/UHS-I) is recommended to ensure smooth 4K recording.
